Return Policy

Exchanges or returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that all applicable official regulations are followed and the product is in its original condition, in accordance with applicable ministerial decisions and regulatory laws, and without violating the laws and regulations of the Ministries of Commerce and Health.

 

- In the event of a return, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

- If payment was made by ATM/debit card or credit card, the refund will be processed using the same card details and to the same customer, subject to the processing time required and the terms and conditions of the issuing bank.

- For international orders, payment must be made in advance, taking into consideration foreign currency exchange rate differences according to official exchange rate bulletins and the rates announced by the banks we deal with.

- For returns of international orders, the refund will only be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected. Any applicable taxes or customs duties, as well as shipping, return, and delivery charges, will be deducted after inspection of the items. All returns are also subject to applicable official laws and regulations.

- PLCgcc reserves the right to modify any order placed through the website or application after communicating with the customer.

 

**Terms & Conditions for International Products:**

 

- These products are registered outside the United Arab Emirates and are shipped from the same country in which they are registered.

- **Imported International Products:** These products cannot be returned upon request for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or incorrect product selection.

 

In the event of an error on the part of PLCgcc, including but not limited to:

 

- Sending a product different from the one ordered

- Missing products or incorrect quantities

- Errors in order processing or shipping information caused by our team

 

PLCgcc will be responsible for resolving the issue in accordance with our internal review and approved customer service policy.
